The Workspace can be reached by bus (Am) using public transport. But it is also worth to combine the way to work with a nice walk through Lisbon.

The location

Unicorn Marquês is in the central business district of Lisbon, only 5 minutes walk from the main spots Saldanha, El Corte Inglés and Marquês de Pombal. The connectivity is excellent; your colleagues from all around town will have a fair game coming to work.

The workspace

Unicorn Marquês is a modern space for dynamic and innovative companies and startups. With 1100 sqm divided into two floors and capacity for 140 workstations, the location offers a variety of solutions for both large and smaller teams of 4 up to 30+ PAX. In order to find the perfect solution for each company, we are happy to put together your preferred set-up - whether several small offices or a large open office.

All offices are fully furnished and equipped with ergonomic chairs, desks and rolling containers. Between 9 am and 6 pm, our community manager will be on-site to provide you with the best possible support in your daily work. The Unicorn package also includes barista coffee, water, tea and fruit as well as a mail service, 247 access, high-speed internet and cleaning service. We take care of your office so you can focus on your business.

The offices from 10 up to 30 sqm. can be rented from € 900 / month.
