We are looking for:

  • Office space of 800m2 - 4,000m2 with a lease term of 5+5 years
  • Classic office rooms (adjoining conference areas for rent are an advantage)
  • Good downtown location and subway / suburban train within walking distance (maximum 8 minutes)

No areas with little daylight, no shops. Focus on large German cities with a similar profile.
